The Long Term rain gauge collects a remarkable 11". Rain first fills the
inner cylinder, graduated in hundredths to 1", then overflows into the
outer cylinder.
Measure by using the inner tube to empty. In winter, collect snow in the heavy-duty outer cylinder, and melt to measure.
