Shipping Times
We try to ship in-stock orders within 1 business day. Orders placed on Friday evening and during the weekend will be processed on Monday. Some items are shipped from the manufacture and may take extra time for delivery. Shipping times vary, especially during the holiday seasons, but once your package has left our store you can expect to receive it approximately:

International Orders
We will be happy to accept international orders. All payments must be made in US funds. All international customers will receive a shipping quote by E-mail before the orders are processed. Acceptance of this quote must be received by us before the order is shipped. The recipient is responsible for all customs and duty fees charged by their country. International sales are final.
Merchandise
Returning Merchandise
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 60 days. Items must be returned in new and unused condition in the manufacture's carton with all original packing materials, warranties and instructions. We will exchange or replace the item or refund your money less shipping charges by crediting your credit card. Before returning please call to let us know you are sending the item back. The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance charges.
